Privacy Policy

Effective Date: July 21, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Zyou collects, uses, stores, shares and protects your information when you use Zyou. Zyou is operated by ZYOU AI SYSTEM SOLUTIONS Pvt Ltd ("Zyou", "we", "our" or "us"), located in Pune, Maharashtra, India.

Zyou provides secure Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers that connect your own AI client (such as Claude, Gemini or ChatGPT) to your advertising and analytics accounts, including Google Ads, Google Analytics (GA4), Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram) and LinkedIn Ads, so that your AI client can analyze your data and, where you instruct it, create and manage your advertising campaigns. Zyou also provides a web application where you sign in and link those accounts.

Zyou is an independent product and is not endorsed by, affiliated with or sponsored by Google, Meta or LinkedIn. Product names and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used only for identification.

By using Zyou you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. Your use of Zyou is also governed by our Terms of Use, which incorporate this Privacy Policy.

1. What this policy covers

This policy covers the Zyou MCP product and the Zyou web application used to sign in and link your accounts. It does not cover any separate product operated by ZYOU AI SYSTEM SOLUTIONS Pvt Ltd, which is governed by its own policy.

2. Information we collect

We collect the minimum information needed to run the service. It falls into the following groups.

2.1 Account and authentication data

When you sign in with Google Single Sign-On, we receive your name and email address to create and authenticate your account. Google SSO is used only for sign-in and sign-up.

2.2 Connection identifiers and access tokens

When you link an advertising or analytics account, we store:

  • OAuth access and refresh tokens, held in encrypted form and used only to maintain your connection. We never receive or store your passwords for Google, Meta or LinkedIn.
  • Object identifiers that let us label the connection and route your requests, such as ad account IDs, page IDs, campaign IDs and analytics property IDs.

2.3 Advertising and analytics data we access but do not store

When your connected AI client requests information, or instructs an action, we call the relevant platform API in real time, return the result to your AI client, and do not retain the underlying data. This includes campaign, ad and performance data from Google Ads, Meta Ads and LinkedIn Ads, and report and configuration data from Google Analytics (GA4). We may cache such data briefly to improve performance, but we do not retain it long term.

2.4 Website and usage data

When you use our website we collect standard log data (such as IP address, browser type and pages visited) and use cookies and similar technologies, including Google Analytics, to understand and improve the site. See Section 8.

2.5 Information you give us on our website

When you fill in a form on our website, request a demo, contact us, or download content such as a whitepaper, we collect the details you submit, which may include your name, email address, company, phone number and any message you send. Where you give us permission to do so, for example by ticking a marketing consent box on a form, we use these details to send you marketing communications. We record that you gave this permission, including what you agreed to and when. You can withdraw it at any time as described in Section 12.

3. How we use your information

We use your information only to:

  • Create, authenticate and secure your account.
  • Connect your chosen AI client to your linked accounts so it can read and analyze your data and, only where you instruct it, create and manage your advertising campaigns.
  • Operate, maintain, secure and improve the reliability of the service.
  • Communicate with you about your account and, where you have opted in, about product updates.
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Use.

We do not sell your data, and we do not use the advertising, analytics or platform data we access on your behalf for our own advertising.

4. How we share and disclose information

4.1 Your connected AI client

Zyou connects your own AI client, such as Claude, Gemini or ChatGPT, to your accounts. When you instruct that client to analyze or act on your data, we transmit the relevant data to it. That client, and the AI provider behind it, operate under your own account and your own agreement with that provider. We do not control them, and they are not our service providers. We do not send your data to any AI provider on our own behalf, and we do not use any AI provider to process your data except at your instruction through the client you connect.

4.2 Service providers

We rely on a small number of trusted third-party service providers to run Zyou. These fall into the following categories: cloud hosting and database infrastructure; payment processing; email delivery; error, performance and security logging and monitoring; and customer support. We use both our own systems and third-party tools for logging and monitoring. Each provider is permitted to use your data only to perform services for us and is bound by confidentiality and data-protection obligations. We maintain a current list of the specific providers we use and will provide it on request at founder@zyou.ai, and to business customers as part of our Data Processing Agreement.

4.3 Legal and business transfers

We may disclose information where required to comply with applicable law or lawful requests, to protect our rights and the safety of our users, or in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, in which case we will require the recipient to honor this Privacy Policy.

5. Google user data and Limited Use

Zyou's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Google data we access. When you sign in with Google and link Google services, we access your Google Account identity (name and email) to authenticate you, your Google Ads account structure, campaigns, ads and performance data, and your Google Analytics (GA4) report results and property configuration. For Google Ads, where you instruct your AI client, we also create and modify campaigns and related entities on your behalf.

How we use Google user data. We use Google user data only to provide and improve the user-facing features you request: making your data available to the AI client you connect so it can answer questions and generate insights, and carrying out advertising changes only where you explicitly instruct it. We store only OAuth tokens and object identifiers; we fetch Google data live and do not retain it long term.

Our Limited Use commitments. We commit that:

  • We use Google user data only to provide or improve the user-facing features that are prominent in Zyou.
  • We do not use Google user data for serving advertising, including personalized, interest-based or retargeted advertising.
  • We do not sell Google user data, and we do not use it to determine creditworthiness or for lending.
  • We do not transfer Google user data to others except to provide or improve these user-facing features at your instruction, to comply with applicable law, or as part of a merger or acquisition with notice to you.
  • We do not allow humans to read Google user data unless you give affirmative agreement, it is necessary for security or to comply with law, or the data is aggregated and used for internal operations.
  • We do not use Google user data to train generalized artificial intelligence or machine-learning models.

You can revoke Zyou's access at any time through your Google Account permissions.

6. Meta (Facebook and Instagram) data

When you link a Meta Ads account, we access the ad accounts, pages, campaigns, ads and performance data you authorize, and, where you instruct your AI client, we create and manage campaigns on your behalf. We keep each advertiser's data separate, use it only to provide the advertising features you request for that advertiser's own accounts, and do not use it to build or augment user profiles or to target people with advertising. We do not sell Meta data. We fetch it live and do not retain it long term. You can remove Zyou's access at any time in your Facebook settings, and you can request deletion of your data as described in Section 10.

7. LinkedIn data

When you link a LinkedIn Ads account, we access the sponsored ad accounts, campaigns, creatives and reporting you authorize, and, where you instruct your AI client, we create and manage campaigns on your behalf. We use LinkedIn data only to provide the features you request, do not sell it or share it for others' independent use, and fetch it live rather than retaining it long term. You can revoke Zyou's access at any time in your LinkedIn data-sharing settings, and request deletion as described in Section 10.

8. Cookies and website analytics

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies. We currently use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used. Google Analytics may set cookies and collect usage data. For more information on how Google uses this data, see How Google uses information from sites that use our services. We do not currently use advertising or retargeting cookies. If we introduce additional tracking in future, we will update this policy and, where required by law, ask for your consent through a cookie notice before setting non-essential cookies. You can manage cookies through your browser settings. We do not send personally identifiable information to Google Analytics.

9. Data storage, security and international transfers

We hold your data on cloud infrastructure currently located in India (Amazon Web Services). We protect it using encryption in transit and at rest, access controls and monitoring. Access to tokens and identifiers is limited to authorized personnel for operational, security and support purposes.

If you are located in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, note that your data is processed in India. Where we transfer personal data out of those regions, we rely on appropriate safeguards, including Standard Contractual Clauses, and address these transfers in our Data Processing Agreement.

10. Data retention and deletion

We keep your account identity, encrypted tokens and object identifiers only while your account is active. We delete them when you close your account or request deletion. We do not retain the advertising or analytics data we access on your behalf; it is fetched live and only cached briefly. We keep billing records for as long as applicable tax and accounting law requires.

To request deletion of your account and associated data, email founder@zyou.ai. We are adding an in-product option to disconnect accounts and delete your data. You can also revoke Zyou's access at any time through your Google, Meta or LinkedIn account settings.

11. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights over your personal data.

If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you have rights of access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection and portability under the GDPR, and the right to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority. Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it at any time. We process your account data to perform our contract with you, and website analytics data on the basis of consent or legitimate interests.

If you are in California or another US state with a privacy law, you may have rights to know, access, correct and delete your personal information, and to opt out of any sale or sharing. We do not sell your personal information.

If you are in India, you have rights under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, including access, correction and erasure, and the right to grievance redressal.

To exercise any of these rights, contact founder@zyou.ai. We will acknowledge your request promptly and respond within the time required by applicable law.

12. Email communications

We send transactional emails about your account, and, where you have opted in, product updates. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out at any time by using that link or by emailing founder@zyou.ai. Transactional account emails continue after you unsubscribe from marketing.

13. Children

Zyou is not intended for anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us data, contact founder@zyou.ai and we will delete it.

14. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version here and, where changes are material, notify you by email or in the product. Your continued use of Zyou after an update means you accept the revised policy.
