Terms of Use
Effective Date: July 21, 2026
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Zyou, operated by ZYOU AI SYSTEM SOLUTIONS Pvt Ltd ("Zyou", "we", "our" or "us"), a company based in Pune, Maharashtra, India. By creating an account or using Zyou, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use Zyou.
1. What Zyou is
Zyou provides secure Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers that connect your own AI client (such as Claude, Gemini or ChatGPT) to your advertising and analytics accounts, including Google Ads, Google Analytics (GA4), Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram), LinkedIn Ads and other platforms we may support over time. Through this connection your AI client can read and analyze your data and, where you instruct it, create and manage your advertising campaigns. Zyou also provides a web application where you sign in and link those accounts.
Zyou is a technical service. The intelligence that analyzes your data and decides on actions is the AI client you connect, which runs under your own account and your own agreement with that AI provider.
2. Definitions
Services means the Zyou MCP servers, the web application and related features.
Connected Platform means any advertising, analytics or other account you link to Zyou, and "Platform Terms" means that platform's own terms and policies.
Authorized Actions means operations that create, edit, pause, activate or otherwise manage advertising campaigns and related entities on a Connected Platform.
3. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old to use Zyou. You are responsible for your login credentials and for all activity under your account, and you must notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. You sign in using Google Single Sign-On.
4. Connecting your accounts and platform terms
To use Zyou you link one or more Connected Platforms through OAuth authorization. You represent and warrant that you have the authority to link each account and to grant the permissions requested.
Your use of each Connected Platform remains governed by that platform's own terms, including:
- Meta Platform Terms and Meta Terms of Service
- Google APIs Terms of Service, Google Ads Terms and Google Analytics Terms
- LinkedIn Marketing Solutions Terms
You agree to comply with all applicable Platform Terms. If you use Zyou to manage accounts on behalf of clients, you represent that you have each client's authorization to connect their accounts and to carry out Authorized Actions, and that your clients have accepted the applicable Platform Terms. Zyou is not a party to any agreement between you and your clients and has no liability arising from that relationship.
5. AI-initiated actions
Where you enable it, your connected AI client can create and manage campaigns, ads and budgets on your Connected Platforms on your instruction. Because these actions run on your own accounts, you are responsible for the ones you enable or approve. In particular:
- Actions that activate or fund a campaign start real advertising spend, billed to you directly by the platform. Zyou does not receive or control that spend and does not guarantee any advertising result.
- You are responsible for reviewing actions before they take effect and for keeping your campaigns compliant with each platform's advertising policies, since Zyou does not pre-screen content or settings.
- Once a platform has applied a change, Zyou cannot reverse it for you, so please check your accounts after any error.
We recommend setting a spend cap in your ad account as a backstop and reviewing changes before you approve them.
6. Pricing and advertising spend
Fees for Zyou are set out on our pricing page and are exclusive of taxes unless stated. We accept payment through third-party payment processors. Fees for Zyou cover access to the Zyou service only. They do not include and are separate from any advertising spend, which you pay directly to the relevant platform. You remain solely responsible for all advertising costs and for any billing disputes with the platforms. We may change our fees on reasonable notice.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to: use the Services for any unlawful purpose; probe, scan or test the security of our systems or networks; interfere with or disrupt the Services; reverse engineer or attempt to extract our source code; share your credentials or tokens with unauthorized parties; use the Services to access accounts you are not authorized to manage; or use the Services to build a competing product.
